"SERVICE RECORD" PLAQUES
OUR "SERVICE RECORD" PLAQUES ARE UNLIKE ANY YOU HAVE SEEN OR HEARD OF!
Beginning with your name, rank, and serial number, your plaque will be completely personalized, and present your entire service record - from initial induction to final separation. It does not matter whether your duty was for three years or 30 years; enlisted or commissioned; hot war, cold war, or peacetime; in this country or around the world; whether you earned no ribbons, one ribbon or 23 ribbons, even whether you received just the Good Conduct medal or the Medal of Honor! Regardless of the specific circumstances of your military duty, you "served" your country - and you have earned the right of recognition that will be yours with a "SERVICE RECORD" plaque, like the examples here!
WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING
We provide and install a COMPLETE AND ACTUAL NEW SET of your ribbons. We install ACTUAL NEW DEVICES (battle stars, clusters, numerals, letters, etc.) on the ribbons. We include full-color (miniature) reproductions of chevrons and unit shoulder patches. We can include actual full-size metal collar insignia, combat badges, wings, and officer rank insignia. We offer a choice of including a military-style personal photograph of yourself, a full-color "branch of service" medallion, or both if space permits. Your service data is printed on an 8 1/2" x 11" gold parchment certificate, and all items are then installed and sealed inside a 10" x 12" glass-covered hardwood shadow-box display case. "MEMORABILIA" PLAQUES
If you want to display your actual medals, full-size shoulder patches and chevrons, dog-tags, shooter's badges, valor citations, etc., we are pleased to offer "MEMORABILIA" plaques like the examples shown below. You worked hard to earn these memoirs of your military service - they should not be stored in a dusty shoe box in the back of a closet! They - and your family - deserve better!
If you no longer have some (or any) items, we can advise you on how to request (no-charge) replacements of American medals from the NATIONAL PERSONNEL RECORDS CENTER (NPRC) ST. LOUIS. We can also help you obtain replacements of patches, insignia, and foreign awards from commercial suppliers (NPRC does not provide these). Be sure to click on NEW AWARDS page to learn about medals and awards you may have earned but not be aware of, and add them to the information you send us.

"COMBINATION" PLAQUES
Any of the plaques we offer can be prepared in "combinations" - two or more plaques attached together with small brass hinges, like the examples shown below. These combinations may be hung on the wall or will stand alone on a shelf. They can also be "closed" like a book for permanent storage if desired.

COST OF OUR PLAQUES
Until we know everything you want to include on a plaque (or plaques), we can not provide an exact cost. However, the "average" or typical cost of a "SERVICE RECORD" plaque (for which we provide everything) is usually from $50 - $65. "MEMORABILIA" plaques cost less because you usually provide your own items. Because "COMBINATION" plaques are first prepared as individual plaques, their only extra cost is for the brass hinges and the added weight of shipment.
